Côte d’Ivoire is poised to remain one of Africa’s most dynamic and fastestgrowing economies, driven by its emergence as a regional energy hub and its strategic shift toward highervalue agribusiness processing. Together, these trends signal a structural transformation that is reshaping the country’s longterm development trajectory.
This highlevel breakfast session will spotlight Côte d’Ivoire’s new 2026–2030 National Development Plan (PND), an ambitious roadmap designed to accelerate the nation’s transition toward uppermiddleincome status by 2035. The PND places strong emphasis on the catalytic role of public and private investment in expanding industrial capacity and boosting growth across priority sectors, including infrastructure, energy, agriculture, and technology.
Convened on the margins of the 2026 IMF/World Bank Spring Meetings in Washington, DC, the event will feature remarks from:
-
H.E. Adama Coulibaly, Minister of Economy, Finance and Budget
-
H.E. Souleymane Diarrassouba, Minister of Planning and Development
The session will bring together a select group of senior executives, investors, and development finance institutions to explore strategic investment opportunities aligned with Côte d’Ivoire’s national development agenda and its vision for inclusive, sustainable growth.
Please RSVP no later than Tuesday, April 14th.
Due to space limitations, registration is limited to one executive per organization.
