On behalf of the Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), in partnership with the African Union Development Agency–NEPAD (AUDA-NEPAD), we are pleased to invite you to a closed roundtable on "Transforming Africa’s Health Economy: From Policy Commitment to Investment Opportunity." This high-level, closed-door session will convene selected industry leaders together with H.E. Mrs. Nardos Bekele-Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of AUDA-NEPAD, and Ms. Florizelle Liser, President and CEO of CCA, for a strategic discussion on Africa’s evolving health investment landscape. The roundtable forms part of the growing collaboration between AUDA-NEPAD and CCA to position Africa’s health sector not only as a development priority, but also as a compelling frontier for investment, industrial growth, and innovation. It will provide an opportunity for candid exchange on the opportunities, constraints, and market signals shaping private-sector engagement across the continent’s health economy. Discussion will draw on the emerging work of AUDA-NEPAD’s Program for Investment and Financing in Africa’s Health Sector (PIFAH) and seek industry perspectives on how platforms such as PIFAH can better support investment mobilization, partnership development, and the advancement of bankable opportunities across priority health value chains. Held under Chatham House Rule, the session is designed to encourage practical and forward-looking dialogue among a select group of participants. We would be honored by your participation and valuable insights in this important conversation. |
Please RSVP no later than Monday, March 16th.
